  I'm not sure how the dine-in or buffet is. The place is small and was completely empty at 8pm on a Friday when I picked up my order. But I will say for delivery / takeout, it is a great option for those of us that live in the Downers Grove /Woodridge area  and don't want to drive to the west side of Naperville for Indian food.
  
  The preparation is more rustic & homestyle than other places,but I think that is just great because the flavor and spice level is good. The chicken biryani is a huge portion with lots of bone in dark meat chunks. Easily enough for three meals.
  
  They also say on the menu that they do regional dishes, so I'm thinking to ask about that in the future to try something different than typical Anglo-Indian dishes.

  5 stars is described by yelp as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!"  This is the only Indian Dinner buffet that I have found so right there it gets 5 stars.  
  
  I feel like some peoples expectations on yelp are way too high for an $11 buffet.  For some perspective: we have a one week old baby and right now we can't go to the buffet, so I have to order take out from Sher A Punjab.  The cost of naan($1.75), and a half tandoori chicken($7.50) is almost the cost of the buffet, and both come with the $10.95 buffet.  That is insane value.  
  
  My wife and I enjoy the heck out of the selections (which never change), granted we are not Indian food aficionados, but we've been to Lasania and Shikara locally, as well as places in Schaumburg, and I can't tell a big difference, other than those places setting me back $40-$70.  
  
  The people are nice, the food is good, and the price is cheap, I've never been more satisfied going to a restaurant before.  5 stars all the way.

  I went for the buffet dinner on a Thursday evening. All of the food was delicious! The naan was fresh and slightly crispy on the bottom, the tandoori chicken brought out to the table (included in the price of buffet) was flavorful and sizzling, and the variety of dishes was satisfying and yummy. Some highlights included the chicken curry and the samosas. Definitely hit the spot!
  
  Additionally, the owner and wait staff were incredibly friendly, regularly coming out to chat and encourage my table to eat more food or offering more naan, tandoori chicken, and refills of water.
  
  Thoroughly enjoyed the experience here! I was definitely surprised to see there weren't more patrons there. For $11, you get such an amazing selection of food and an overall pleasant dining experience - def hard to beat. Will be returning and bringing more friends!

  Came here for the dinner buffet. Good selection of food including: lamb curry, chicken curry, biryani, rice, paneer makni and saag. Dessert includes gulab, mango custard and saivya. Served to the table was naan and tandoori chicken. The 4 stars is for the price and selection. It's not bad at all for a quick Indian fix.

  Guys, I want to give ten stars for this place but there is no option in yelp . We go all the way from Bridgeview just for their tasty food . No other restaurant offers Dinner buffet other than Sher A Punjab. They charge just 11 dollars for their all you can eat buffet and they give so many choices ! The NaN they serve is the best in Midwest, I can challenge!  There are many choices for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. They also serve appetizers and at least 3 types of deserts. The service they provide to customers is top notch !.
  For people who don't want to get ripped off ordering different A la carte items , these people are selfless,
  offering tasty variety of of all you can eat items just for 11 bucks. Our family won't mind the long drive from Bridgeview, but will continue to go there continuously
  for ever .
